How do I share the group result in a chat?

Copy a short summary and a public read-only link to the latest result.

List owners and admins select Share results from a list's ⋯ actions. Choose an expiry (one week by default), then Create link.

Chat summary copies the list name, vote count, the top three places and the results link. Ties keep their shared rank. Point-scale summaries include group average scores. Results link copies just the URL. Paste either into WhatsApp, Telegram or another chat.

What everyone can see

Anyone with the link can open it without a TopX account. It shows the latest group result: the list name, item names, group ranks, point-scale averages and the vote count. Reloading shows new votes. The copied chat text stays as it was when you copied it.

The page shows no member names, emails, individual ballots, list description or item details. It offers no voting or editing. A results link grants no membership. Use an invitation link when people should join and vote.

Select Revoke next to a link in Share results and confirm. That link stops working; other links and list members keep their access. Expired links, deleted lists and links from deleted accounts cannot display results. You can create several independent results links with different expiry dates.
