How do I invite someone by email? Send an invitation from the People page. The person gets a link, signs up and is connected to you.
Can I add someone who has no account? Yes. Add a person by name only. They cannot sign in, so an owner fills in their ballot for them.
How do I remind someone to vote? Owners Owners can nudge a member whose turn it is. The nudge is an email, one per member and list every 24 hours.
What is the "Decide by" date? An optional day by which the group wants a result. It shows on the list and starts the owners' reminder. It does not lock voting.
