Can I add someone who has no account?

Not everyone wants an account. You can still include them, for example Oma, who tells you her favourites over dinner.

Add the person

1. Open People and select Add person.
2. Enter a name. Leave the email field empty.
3. Select Add.

The person appears in your People list, and you are connected to them. You can now add them to a list from the Crew and sharing step, as a participant or an owner.

Fill in their ballot

A person without an account cannot sign in, so they cannot rate anything themselves. As an owner of the list, you open their ballot and enter their choices:

• On a ranking list, pick their name in Whose ballot? on the Ladder, or tap their column on the Scoreboard. A banner tells you that you are editing their ballot as owner and that changes are logged.
• On a point-scale list, score for them with their member chip.

Limits

• A person without an email cannot be sent reminders. TopX has no address to write to.
• They count towards the 20 people a list can hold.
• To give them an account later, invite them by email. See How do I invite someone by email?.
