What does "Show everyone's ballots" do?

The switch decides whether members can see each other's ballots. Off means blind voting, and it is off by default.

Show everyone's ballots is one of two sharing switches of a list. It decides whether members can see how the others voted.

Where to find it

  • When you create or edit a list, open the Crew and sharing step. The Sharing card holds the switch, and a preview shows what a member sees.
  • On a list you own, select Sharing in the list header for a quick switch.

Participants cannot change it. The change applies at once, every change is recorded, and list cards show a Ballots visible badge while the switch is on.

Off: blind voting

Members see their own ballot and the group result. They get no "Whose ballot?" picker on a ranking list, and a note on the page says that ballots are private. They also see a count of who has finished, never what anyone chose. The group result still counts all ballots.

Exporting a list to Google Sheets is refused for members who cannot see every ballot, because the export contains them.

On: open ballots

Every member can read every ballot, on the Ladder, the Scoreboard and on point-scale lists. Members can still change only their own ballot.
