AI assistants

How do I disconnect an AI assistant?

Press Disconnect on the AI assistants page; removing TopX inside the assistant does not end its access.

Disconnect

  1. Open the account menu and choose AI assistants.
  2. Find the connection. If you have several, check "connects from" and the last used date.
  3. Open its menu (the three dots) and choose Disconnect.
  4. Confirm. The assistant loses access to TopX at its next request.

To use it again, connect it again.

Removing TopX in the assistant is not enough

If you remove TopX inside Claude, ChatGPT or another assistant, it only disappears from that assistant. The access you gave stays until you press Disconnect on the AI assistants page. The page repeats this under your connections.

Change what an assistant may do

You can't edit the permissions of a connection. To change them, disconnect it and connect it again. TopX asks again what the assistant may do. A card that only shows Read says so and suggests connecting again with Change.
