How do I delete my account?

Delete your account

1. Open the account menu and choose Delete account. The page lists what happens.
2. Under To confirm, type your email, type the address you sign in with.
3. Press Delete my account. The button stays disabled until the address matches.

What happens

• You are signed out at once, on every device, and can't sign in again.
• Your account and personal data are erased on the date the page shows, after the waiting period. The waiting period is 14 days unless the operator has set another one.
• Your ballots stay in the results of shared lists, without your name. Your name and email address are removed everywhere.
• Assistants you connected are disconnected when your data is erased.
• TopX emails you the erasure date.

Changed your mind?

Write to [email protected] before the erasure date and TopX keeps your account. After the date, deletion can't be undone.
